The Country Directory has the overall responsibility for the FES Pakistan Office, in regard to the program, administration, finances, and legal matters.
Abdullah Dayo is currently a scholarship holder of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) and doing his Master of Public Policy at Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt, Germany. Since 2013, he has been working as Programme Coordinator FES Pakistan with a focus on projects on strengthening parliamentary democracy, advocating for social justice and promoting regional cooperation and stability in South Asia. Previously, he has worked with Oxfam, UNICEF, World Vision International, European Commission in Pakistan.
He has been part of different fellowships and leadership program on socio-economic and political themes at Harvard University and Stanford University in USA and University of Lanzhou, China. He being the social democrat has been the founding member of youth-led social democratic forum PYF Pakistan and he tweets at @AbdullahDayo.
Sidra Saeed has done M.Phil from Quaid-i-Azam University. Since 2011, she has been working as Programme Coordinator FES Pakistan on various projects aiming at strengthening democracy through media reforms, empowering local governance system, promoting peace and tolerance among youth, civic education and engagement and supremacy of the constitution of Pakistan.
Apart from that, she is the Gender Coordinator at Asia regional level for FES Pakistan office. Also, she is the communication focal point for FES Pakistan office at its regional level. Additionally, she has been the in-charge of the internships at office.
The Programme Coordinator has over all charge to plan, conceptualize and manage projects assigned to them and their project budgets, communicate with and guide the respective project partners, monitor the budget of relevant projects, contribute to internal and external accounting and train partners in management and event managements.
Having worked more than 17 years in public and private organization, I have started working at FES in late 2020 and it has been absolutely an amazing experience for me and looking forward to gaining new experiences and contributing to over all team efforts of FES in Pakistan.
Manager Finance & Admin
Manager Finance & Admin is responsible for Finance and Administration for FES Pakistan Office, including partner monitoring.

Senior Programme Administrator
The Senior Programme Administrator has the overall responsibility for making logistic and administrative arrangements for the preparation and implementation of the FES Pakistan Office national activities, also to interact with partner organizations for administrative and accounting questions during the implementation and finalization of partner projects, including handling office cash box.
As I always believe in teamwork, being in FES since last 12 years, I really enjoyed the teamwork here.
Coordinator Logistic & Administration
The Coordinator Logistic and Administration is primarily responsible for the management of FES Pakistan administration which includes enhancement of office infrastructure, office security, printing of FES Publications and public relation material. He is also responsible for liaison with regional FES Offices and FES Head Office to facilitate in conduction regional and international conference.
Office Assistant and Driver
Responsible for driving and maintaining office car. Assist administrative staff in wide range of duties.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
Office Helper and Cleaner
Makes sure the office is properly neat and clean and also performs the duties of Office Helper.
